Built a specialized evaluation benchmark and trained judge system for B2B outbound sales AI agents. Designed 274 tasks across 10 failure categories (honesty compliance, ICP routing, tone drift, signal grounding), then fine-tuned a Qwen 2.5-0.5B model using Contrastive Preference Optimization (CPO/SimPO) with LoRA on a free Colab T4 GPU — achieving 92.7% accuracy on held-out tasks, a +23.6 percentage point improvement over rule-based baselines. Dataset and model weights published on Hugging Face. Total API spend: $2.07.
